Bible Study

Evening Bible Study;

The inspiration for this series of Bible studies comes from a book called ‘Jesus – A Pilgrimage’ by James Martin in which he describes places in the Holy Lands that he visited in about 2012.  Each chapter is centred on a place and the events that the Bible tells us that took place there.  As well he asks some pertinent questions to encourage us in our Christian lives.  The first few studies are centred on the baptism of Jesus and the readings come from all four gospels.  It encourages us to think about our own baptism and the meaning of baptism.

Studies are to be held once a month at 7.30 in Winston Hall.  The projected dates until October are:

Wednesday the 17th August|Thursday the 20th September|Wednesday the 17th October
